NEET 2018: Admit Cards to be released at cbseneet.nic.in soon; exam scheduled on May 6

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to release the Admit Cards for upcoming NEET UG 2018 anytime soon.

The board will make the Admit Cards available on the official website for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2018, which is cbseneet.nic.in.

As per the official statement, the NEET (UG), 2018 will be conducted on Sunday, May 6, 2018, for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in several Medical/Dental Colleges across India.

However, the Medical Council of India is expected to release the Admit Cards in the second week of April.

Candidates, who have applied for NEET UG 2018, are advised to keep a close tab on the official site. Aspirants should download their Admit Cards as soon as it is made available by CBSE.

CBSE will mail the Admit Cards in pdf format on the registered e-mail IDs of aspirants. The Admit Cards will carry important information such as Examination Centre, Roll Number and others.

In order to be allowed in the examination centre, candidates should carry the Admit Card along with a recent Passport Size photograph and valid ID proof like Aadhaar, Voter ID or PAN for verification purpose.

The invigilators will check the Admit Cards from 7:30 am to 9:45 am. Examinees will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 9:30 am.

While the test booklets will be distributed at 9:45 am on the exam day, students will be allowed to break the seal at 9:55 am.

The NEET (UG) 2018 is scheduled to start at 10 am and will conclude at 1 pm.

The examination will comprise one paper containing 180 objective type questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

1. Visit the official website, which is cbseneet.nic.in

2. Click on the Admit Card link

3. Provide important details on the login page

4. Click on Submit

5. Your Admit Card will be displayed on your screen

6. Download the Admit Card

7. Take a print out of the same for future convenience
