Shaheer Sheikh is one of the most loved and sought-after actors on the small screen. The Kashmiri boy, known for his chocolate boy looks, is celebrating his 34th birthday on Monday.

There are very few actors who have managed to do a wide variety of roles in television, and Shaheer is one of them. The popular actor started his career with the show Sanya but he gained recognition with Kya Mast Hai Life.

The handsome actor shot to fame with Star Plus’ popular drama Navya, where he played the role of Anant Bajpai opposite Soumya Seth. The show which was a runaway hit among the youth made Shaheer a household name.

Shaheer’s innocent looks and powerful acting not only impressed the audience but critics as well. The actor won the Indian Television Academy Award for Face of the Year for Swastik Productions Navya.

The power-packed performer proved his acting prowess with Star Plus most popular mythological show Mahabharat. Shaheer teamed up with Swastik Productions once again for the show which broke all TRP records.

The Best Of Luck Nikki actor played the role of warrior prince Arjun in the series which ran for one year. The youth icon left no stone unturned to get into the skin of his character and learnt sword fighting and horse riding.

The viewers heartily accepted Shaheer Sheikh in the role of Arjun and all his hard work paid off.

After Mahabharat went off air, the six feet two inches tall actor did various projects in Indonesia. 

Shaheer made a splashing comeback to the small screen with the show Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi. The dashing actor stole hearts with his portrayal of Dev and made the girls go weak in their knees.

Shaheer’s sizzling chemistry with co-star Erica Fernandes was the highlight of the show. Fans couldn’t stop gushing over how cute the couple looks together on the screen.

The show went off air in August 2017 to make way for Kaun Banega Crorepati’s new season but was brought back on popular demand. Fans couldn’t get enough of their 'DevAkshi' and requested the channel to bring a new season.
