Woah! Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh to set screens on fire with YRF’s next?

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most sought-after and loved actors in we have in Bollywood. The two stellar actors have wooed the audience with their impeccable performances and sizzling chemistry.

Deepika and Ranveer have managed to set the box office on fire with all their films, be it Baajirao Mastani or Goliyon Ki Raasleela-Ram-Leela. Their recent release together, Padmaavat, raked in big moolah at the box office and became one of the highest grosser in Bollywood.

Fans have been eagerly waiting to see the rumoured lovebirds once again on the silver screen and it seems their wish will soon come true. Grapevines are buzzing with the rumours that DeepVeer have signed the dotted lines for their fourth film together.

According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Yash Raj Films head honcho Aditya Chopra has signed Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone for a new movie. The upcoming flick will be directed by Maneesh Sharma, who helmed Ranveer’s debut film Band Baaja Baaraat.

The report stated that Aditya was keen on taking Ranveer on board for a film, and the decision to rope in Deepika was taken after one of her new films was put on hold.

The leggy lass was supposed to start shooting for her next opposite Irrfan Khan post the release of Padmaavat. The Vishal Bhardwaj directorial, however, was stalled, owing to Irrfan’s health and Deepika’s back injury. 

On the professional front, Ranveer is currently busy with the shooting of Gully Boy, which also stars Alia Bhatt. Besides The Zoya Akhtar directorial, the Lootera actor will also be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba and Kabir Khan’s 83.

Deepika has reportedly taken a break for shooting and is enjoying her vacations with her family. We hope the news comes out to be true and DeepVeer set the silver screens on fire once again.
