Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal came under attack on Saturday for his altered Lokpal Bill. Senior Lawyer and former party leader Prashant Bhusan said that the new Lokpal Bill trashes the hopes of the common people of Delhi who voted for Aam Aadmi Party.
Bhushan opposing the bill Tweeted that "#AapJokepalBill with govt appt & controlled Lokpal w/o investigative agency is a shocking betrayal of the Anticorruption movement & people!"
"By providing that Delhi Lokpal will investigate corruption of Central govt in #AapJokepalBill AK has ensured that LG will not allow&it fails"

Bhusan went ahead to conflate the Lokpal with emergency and said that it like Janata Party which came to helm after 1977 moment imposes emergency.

However, senior party leader Kumar Vishvas in no time posted that the party is committed to draft the Jan LokPal bill as promised. However, they try to improve if there is any room betterment.
