New Delhi:
A fax call which threatened to blow away NSC Bose International Airport 'within 24 hours' today send chills to authorities in Kolkata.
Following the report, the deployed CISF personnel came into activity and started a search operation. The fax call was send to the Manager of Airport Staff.
Security was beefed up at the airport after the call.
While the cyber crime team of the airport is checking the veracity of the content of the mail, security agencies have beefed up vigil in and around the airport.
Luggages and cars of passengers are being thoroughly checked while various parts of the airport are being scanned, officials said.
