Excessive use of electronic gadgets could lead to early ageing

Excess of anything could be bad! Health experts claim that overuse of electronic gadgets like mobile phones and tablets can cause early ageing. 

The problem of tech neck triggers early signs of ageing like skin sagging, loose jowls, and make wrinkles above the clavicle and so on. 

Our bending position while texting on mobile phones can cause neck, back and shoulder pain, apart from headache, numbness, tingling in the upper limb and pain in hands, arm, elbows and wrists.

A reports by Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) revealed  the number of mobile internet users in the India was estimated to account 371 million by June 2016. And 40 per cent of the users include younger generation aged between 19 and 30.

Overuse of smart phones causes shortening of the neck muscles. Not only this, tech people should take necessary steps to avoid the overuse of electronic gadgets.
