New Delhi:

Delhi Metro commuters recently became audiences to live entertainment when two students gave an impromptu performance on the current pop favourite, ‘Cheap Thrills’ by internationally known musicians Sean Paul and Sia.

The video recorded by one of the fellow commuters has gone viral on socal media.

In the video, the two boys dressed in bright clothes can bee seen doing some classic ‘nagin’ dance, break dance and even bhangra on the international beats.

Within 24 hours of upload, the video raked in close to 1.5 lakh views, and was shared 3,000 times.

“The performance only lasted from Vishwavidyalaya station to the next stop, which was Vidhan Sabha station. The whole coach seemed to have enjoyed it. I have seen YouTube videos of such acts in trains in New York but never in India,” says Abhishek Dhoundiyal, 19-year-old who recorded the video, told media.

According to Indian Express, one of the dancers was recognised by some people as Harsh Beniwal, a serial Vine-maker (vines are short, funny videos), who orchestrated the act with four more friends for a video for his YouTube channel, ‘Hass Le India’.
