New Delhi:

In a response to a News Nation’s interview of Pakistan’s former president and former Army Chief General Pervez Musharraf, where he accepted Masood Azhar as terrorist, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Vikas Swarup on Friday said that Pakistan should ban terrorist Masood Azhar.

Swarup said that when Jaish-e-Mohammed can be banned then why can't Pakistan impose ban on Masood Azhar as well. Masood Azhar is the chief of terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed.

During the interview, Musharraf had called Masood Azhar a 'terrorist' and said that he has been involved in blasts even in Pakistan. However, he refused to give a clear reply as to why Pakistan has not been asking China to get Masood declared as an International terrorist.

When asked how many terror camps are there in PoK, he said “I don't know ", however, he sarcastically added, "I will let you know only once I get the count of these camps which you are talking about".
