India are the Asian Champions. Extremely tight scores and quite an intense match that India finally clinched 3-2. India regain the Asian Champions Trophy they won in 2011.

Rupinder Pal Singh unleashed first venomous strike for India in 18th minute to score his 11th goal of the Asian Champions Trophy 2016. An absorbing first quarter came to a close with both teams searching for the first goal.

The second goal came for India in 23rd minute as Ramandeep Singh set it up beautifully for Affan Yousuf to do the rest. Pakistan pull one back with a Penalty Corner goal by Muhammad Aleem Bilal. At the end of half-time, India led 2-1.

Pakistan drew level in the 38th minute as Ali Shan scored a Field Goal to take the scores to IND 2-2 PAK. The pendulum swung back again as India won back the lead with a Field Goal by Chandanda Nikkin Thimmaiah.
