US President-elect Donald Trump made three prominent shifts from key issues including on world climate accords. He said ‘he has an open mind about pulling out of world climate accords’  while talking to a panel of  New York Times journalists.

Here are three key issues from his stand changed

Climate Change

Pre-election tweet: The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make US manufacturing non-competitive." - 2012 tweet. "Global warming is an expensive hoax!" - January 2014 tweet.

Post-election tweet: "I think there is some connectivity. Some, something. It depends on how much." - On the link between human activity and climate change. "I'm looking at it very closely. I have an open mind to it." - On whether he will withdraw from climate change accords.

Prosecuting Clinton 

Pre-election October 9 debate: "If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there has never been so many lies, so much deception."

Post-Election: "It's just not something that I feel very strongly about...think it would be very, very divisive for the country." - On pursuing criminal charges against the Clintons.

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA

Pre-election: "He will go down as one of the worst presidents in the history of our country." - July 27 interview with NBC.

Post-Election:  Recalling their Oval Office meeting, "I really liked him a lot."
