DMK president M Karunanidhi hospitalised for allergy related issues in Chennai

DMK president M Karunanidhi got hospitalised in Kauvery hospital at Chennai on Thursday morning. Karunanidhi was admitted to hospital for allergy related issues.

As per the statement of Kauvery hospital, Karunanidhi is admitted for optimisation of nutrition and hydration. He is reportedly in stable condition. Kauvery will be in hospital for a few days.  

"He is fine, doctors are treating him and he will leave hospital in two days," said DMK Treasurer MK Stalin on DMK chief M Karunanidhi's health.

Earlier, Karunanidhi had also fallen ill due to a drug induced allergy. The 93-year-old DMK leader is having health problems related to allergy in last few months.
