Finance minister Arun Jaitley praised Modi government's demonetisation move on Thursday saying it has exposed the hidden black money in the country.
Jaitley while speaking at a seminar on 'Indian economy-The new norm' in Bhubaneswar said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has redefined the new normal in the country.
The Finance Minister also said that the government has been successful in steadily implementing the decision across the nation.
“Without facing any kind of unrest this decision is being steadily implemented across the country,” ANI quoted Jaitley as saying.
Jaitley also said that the GST bill will bring economic equality among people and it will also curb inflation.
