At the 23rd Star Screen Awards 2016 held on Sunday, Shoojit Sircar’s critically-acclaimed Pink got four awards, including for the Best Film.
Superstar Amitabh Bachchan received the Best Actor award, the Best Editing award was received by Aditya Bannerji. Ritesh Shah got the Best Dialogue award for Pink.
Alia Bhatt received the Best Actress award for Udta Punjab.

One of the most exciting things about the Star Screen Awards 2016 was Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan hosting the event together. Well, the first segment was hosted by Karan Johar and Karan Singh Grover.
Beauty Diva Rekha was honoured with Lifetime achievement award. Actress Sonam Kapoor gave a special performance on Rekha.
Sushant Singh was awarded Critics Choice For Best Actor award for MS Dhoni- The Untold Story and the Critics Choice For Best Actress went to Swara Bhaskar for Nil Battey Sannata.
