New Delhi:

A close encounter took place amongst two brilliant teams as Atletico de Kolkata defeated Mumbai City FC in the first leg of the Indian Super League’s semi-final encounter.

Atletico de Kolkata began aggressively and scored the first goal of the match within three minutes to lead Mumbai City FC 1-0.

Leo Costa scored the equalizer for Mumbai City FC and brought his team back into the match.

Mumbai City FC then scored the second goal of the match to lead Atletico de Kolkata 2-1.

However, Atletico de Kolkata made a fabulous comeback through Iain Hume who scored two goals to beat Mumbai City FC 3-2.

The rest of the match witnessed numerous attempts by Mumbai City FC to breach the Atletico de Kolkata's defence.

They were however unable to do so as Atletico de Kolkata walked away with the honours.
