New Delhi:
In a New Year disappointer, petrol prices are expected to rise by Rs 2 and diesel prices by 50 paise, informed sources on Monday.
According to sources, the measure are set to be taken by the government after crude oil prices hit 110.31 dollar/ barrel mark on Monday.
Indian basket crude oil price on last trading day of Friday was at USD 110.31 or Rs 6845.84 per barrel, while the exchange rate was 62.06 dollar/barrel.
