Superstar Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Happy New Year' will be distributed worldwide by Yash Raj Films.
Shah Rukh's home production company Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd announced that the 2014 Diwali release, 'Happy New Year', will be distributed worldwide exclusively by Yash Raj Films.
The action-comedy film is directed by Farah Khan and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
It stars Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. The music for the film is composed by Vishal and Shekhar.
Shah Rukh and YRF combination has had many successes in the past.
'Happy New Year' will release simultaneously all over the world in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
