Mumbai:

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan feels stardom is ephemeral and he would rather focus his energies on taking his charitable work forward.

“Stardom comes every three years and anyone can beat anyone in this. I think till the time fame is there work is there... till the time work is there money is there and till that time ‘Being Human’ is there,” Salman said in an interview here.

“I am going to make it so difficult for actors; eventually my mission is to take ‘Being Human’ to a different level and I am struggling very hard for it. I have never worked so hard in life ever,” he said.

One of the reigning stars of Bollywood, Salman is aware that his name will push the ‘Being Human’ brand to the next level.

“For this (Being Human) we are trying to get things right like CSR and etc. I want to take it to such a level that it becomes difficult for anyone to reach that success or reach the magnitude of a charitable trust,” the actor said.

Though there are some actors in Bollywood who do charity, the ‘Dabangg’ star dared every stake-holder in film industry to beat him in charity.

“I want all of them to start their own charitable trust and beat me in this, destroy me at what I do with Being Human.  I will be happy when they beat me in being human,” Salman said.

On the work front, Salman has several projects in his kitty, ranging from Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Kick’ that releases on July 27, besides Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, Karan Johar’s ‘Shuddhi’ and Boney Kapoor’s ‘No Entry Mein Entry’.
