Hot, humid conditions in Delhi

The Maximum Temperature Settled At 36.3 Degree Celsius, Two Notches Above The Normal And Slightly Up From Monday’s 35.8 Degree Celsius.

It was another hot and sultry day in Delhi with light rainfall in some areas.

According to the MeT department, the city received 3.4 mm rainfall between 8.30 AM and 5.3O PM on Tuesday.

The maximum temperature settled at 36.3 degree Celsius, two notches above the normal and slightly up from Monday’s 35.8 degree Celsius.

The minimum was 29.4 degree Celsius, three notches above normal. Yesterday, the minimum temperature was 26.5 degree Celsius.

The humidity level oscillated between 83 and 62 per cent, making life uncomfortable for Delhiites.

The weatherman has predicted a generally cloudy sky with possibilities of light rains and thunderstorms in some parts of the national capital.

“The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to settle around 36 and 29 degree Celsius respectively,” the weatherman said.
