New Delhi:

Salman Khan may have disappointed fans with his last movie ‘Jai Ho’, but, to cover it all he has now come with ‘Kick’.

The film is a full on package compiled of love, drama, action, comedy and the feel good factor with a lesson on how to enjoy your defeat.

SPOILER ALERT!
Story:

The movie presents the story of Devi Lal Singh (Salman Khan) who can do wonders just to get a kick – basically a feeling which tickles you from inside. Devi Lal meets Shaina (Jacqueline Fernandez) and flatters her with his kick-o-mania. Filled with love and a desire to grow old with Devi, Shaina tries to convince her father but fails because Devi is unemployed and doesn’t find kick in doing a job.

Now, Shaina thinks of manipulating Devi with feelings but everything goes wrong when Devi leaves her stranded to earn money.

Devi goes out, Devil comes in!

Devil is now robbing rich people and an Indian cop Himanshu (Randeep Hooda) is after his life. It is worth watching the cat and mice game played between them with given clues. Randeep Hooda has come out as a perfect choice for the character as he has performed his part brilliantly. Devil likes to keep himself a step forward and performs his mugging with pre decided dates and venue. What comes next is totally amazing as there is a lesson, action, thrill and even comedy in between.

Performances:
In terms of performances, it is all an all Salman Khan show as his performance leaves an impact. One can easily spot why he is a superstar and his mind-blowing style makes it special. Giving him full support, Randeep Hooda has played his character so beautifully that no other stars seem to be his replacement. Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Firoz did not get much to deliver but even in his short span on screen stuns everyone with a crazy smile. Talking about the leading actress Jacqueline Fernandez, she has justified her role and has presented an average show except the 30 second dance in Jumme ki Raat, which won’t let you take your eyes off her. Nargis Fakhri wins hearts even with her special appearance in the song ‘Devil’.

Music:
Music by Himesh Reshammiya, Meet Bros Anjjan and Yo Yo Honey Singh will definitely force you to tap your feet. But, if combined with the screen play it comes on the negative side to decrease the quality of the film.

People’s verdict:
Before the film started we spoke to some viewers about their expectations and found that they wanted to treat themselves with astounding action, romance and Salman style. After the film ended we again caught up with them and the only thing they had to say was that they are coming back to watch the entertainer again.

Final Verdict:
Doesn’t matter you are a Salman Khan fan or not this is a movie you must watch to explore why Dabangg Khan is credited as a Superstar.
