In last few days, several key Union Ministers have started using foreign based social network to disseminate information. PM Modi himself is very active of Facebook and Twitter.

Govindacharya had filed a writ petition in the Delhi HC in 2012 regarding security of data on Internet sites based abroad and the alleged violation of tax laws by various websites.

During arguments before the court of Justices Badar Durrez Ahmed and Siddharth Mridul on Friday, he mentioned that foreign companies are getting access of info which government is putting on the websites and this can cause severe damage in future.
