Mumbai:

Salman hit and run case has been adjourned till December 2014 after Dabangg actor failed to appear before court on Monday.

Two witnesses Gurucharan Malhotra, who is an insurance agent and Mark DeSuza, counter clerk in America Express Laundry deposed before court. However, two more witnesses Balshankar and Kesarkar are likely to be deposed on 3rd of December.

Since the actor had skipped last date due to sister Arpita’s wedding and also found missing from court on Monday, It has become compulsory for Salman Khan to appear in court on next hearing.

The prosecution’s case is that Salman’s car had rammed into a bakery in suburban Bandra killing one person and injuring four others who were sleeping outside on the pavement in the wee hours of September 28, 2002.
