Love needs no language or form and these pictures reveal the same.
In the pictures captured by Indonesian photographer Yudy Sauw one can see a brown praying mantis holding a white flower out for his lover.
However, a third mantis joined them and probably spoiled the scene for both.
The pictures were clicked near Sauw's home in Tangerang located in the Province of Banten, Indonesia.
Notably, praying mantises are known for their sexual cannibalism tendencies.Often during the mating, the female bites off the male's head and eats him.
Later, she lay eggs which harden into a small capsule until the offspring are ready to hatch.
