New Delhi:

Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana feels his upcoming movie Hawaizaada, based on the life of scientist Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, will bring a sense of pride in Indians.

“Hawaizaada garnished with uniqueness serves as the first unconventional, out of the box and Nobel concept of the year 2015,” said Ayushmann Khurrana.

“The film is a story of an Indian man who had created an unmanned plane for the first time in world. So, this movie will attract local audiences and will also bring sense of pride in them,” he added.

He also spoke about the difficulties which were leaped with an ease in a course to give perfection to the character of Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, who is believed to have flown India's first unmanned plane for about 18 minutes before Wright brothers.

“Playing the character was definitely difficult for both language and body language. Since I had never spoken Marathi so I had to deal with the trouble of accent and had to also take care of body language which is Punjabi by nature,” said Ayushmann Khurrana during the interview with News Nation.

“I have done a lot of theatre and therefore know many regional languages, so enjoyed working for it,” he added.

The ‘Vicky Donor’ actor is famous for giving at least one song in his movies and for this one he has given voice to ‘Dil-E-Naadan’ and ‘Turram Khan’. So talking about it I asked him whether he is creating a trend of lending voice or is it an attempt to own the film?

(Laughing out loud) Ayushmann replied by saying that it is by default that a song turns out to be the charm of his movies and there is no strategy behind it.

The film stars Mithun Chakraborty, Ayushmann Khurrana and Pallavi Sharda in the pivotal roles.

Directed by Vibhu Puri, Hawaizaada will hit the silver screens on January 30, 2015.
