On the completion of first anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared hashtag ‘saalekshuruaatanek’with a personal message on Twitter as BJP launched celebrations.
This directed message was shared with PM’s 12.5 followers on Twitter. He also tweeted, “Looking forward to hearing from you."
The message which meant ‘one year, many beginnings’ became the top trend on Twitter.
Other messages which reached the followers included: "We are ushering in a new age of development. Good governance is transforming the lives of people.”
"The past 12 months have been historic & memorable in India's development journey. Relive it in 12 photos, videos, speeches, tweets, posts and quotes."
His critics were also seen sharing the hashtag ‘Gappu365’
This is not the first time out tech-savvy Indian PM has shared personalised messages. He followed the same practice on Holi this year.
