In a shocking comparison, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Vijay Sampla on Friday raised controversy after calling ex-Prime Minister of India a buffalo’s calf.
Sampla, who was referring to Manmohan Singh and his quiet meeting with Narendra Modi on May 27, was addressing a crowd in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
He also targeted Dr Singh for being lethargic and thus responsible for the many scams during UPA 2.
“If Modi’s Cabinet is sui-boot government then Rahul Gandhi’s UPA 2 was suitcase government,” Sampla added.
