Samsung is out with yet another interesting feature in its smartphones. The smartphone giant has launched ‘Game Recorder +’, an application which will record mobile games.
The Korean phone-making company has utility exclusively for its flagship Galaxy handsets.
After installing, Recorder + appears as on top of the screen while the game is being played. The app then records progress of the player in HD.
The application also activates the secondary camera and the recorder so that a commentary can also be provided.
Samsung has claimed that the application will not slower down the handset’s performance down as it will use lesser data. The captured videos can be trimmed and edited and then automatically uploaded to YouTube.
Game Recorder + is now available from Samsung’s own app store and Google Play.
The app is compatible with the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, Galaxy S5 and S4 and with the Galaxy Note 4, 3, and 2 provided they’re running Android Jellybean or an upgraded version of android.
