Flipkart has announced that it will be hosting the ‘Big Freedom Sale’ from August 9 to August 11. The sales will start from August 9 and will continue till midnight of August 11. This comes after its rival Amazon announced its ‘Great Indian Sale’ on the same date.
The freedom sale will see discounts on various items like mobile phones, laptops, television sets, headphones, tablets, camera and accessories. . In case you are a Xiaomi phones fanatic, then you can buy the Redmi Note 4 exclusively on Flipkart. The sale will run for 72 hours. Customers will be able to get an off of Rs. 1,000 on exchange.
HDFC bank debit and credit card users will be getting an additional 10 percent discount. In addition to this, Flipkart is giving a minimum discount of 71 percent under the category of ‘Largest Democracy, Largest Deals’ on selected products. Customers can enjoy discounts up to 50 percent on about 30 categories including electronic gadgets.
Amazon Great Indian Sale will be conducted on the same dates i.e. August 9- August 11 and promises to offer blockbuster deals to the customers. It will be offering a cashback those paying through SBI credit and debit card and Amazon Pay. SBI card users will get a cashback of 15 percent on the app and 10 percent on the website.
