New Delhi:
A 50-year-old building in south east Delhi’s Taimur Nagar collapsed on Friday morning, DCP South East Romil Baniya said.
At least two people including the owner of the building and a labourer were dead in the incident that took place at around 9:45 AM.
The fire department received a call at around 9:50 AM and three fire tenders along with a team of DDMA and local police immediately rushed to the spot.
The building was quite an old one and construction work was going on when the incident happened.
The collapsed building belonged to a retired government servant identified as Dhruv Kumar.
