New Delhi:
A scuffle broke out between two groups in a pub in Delhi’s Connaught Place (CP) area on Saturday night.
The entire incident started after a group allegedly started taking pictures of a woman and passed lewd remarks. After that, another group hurled beer bottles at them in which one person got injured.
This turned the scuffle into a major fight and both the groups, who were mostly couples, started abusing each other on the roads of Connaught Place which resulted in a traffic jam.
The police then reached the spot and took all of them to the Connaught Place police station. The injured had been taken to hospital for a medical checkup and police have started investigating the matter. CCTV footage of the Pub and the area is also being watched.
