In a tragic incident on Wednesday in outer Delhi’s Nihal Vihar, a 19-year-old man was arrested for allegedly killing his father, said police.
After killing his father with a knife, Rahul informed the police, following which he was arrested, they said.
According to the police, Rahul’s father, Dinesh would often come home drunk and allegedly thrash and abuse his mother.
Yesterday too, his father returned home drunk and again started beating his wife. Rahul tried to persuade him against assaulting his mother but Dinesh did not listen to him.
In a fit of rage, Rahul stabbed his father to death with a knife. He also informed police who arrested him.
