New Delhi:
An Uzbek national filed an FIR against her ex-boyfriend and for others on Tuesday accusing them of gang-rape in Delhi’s Masoodpur area on Saturday. The five accused have been booked under sections 376-D (gang-rape) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of Indian Penal Code.
In her complaint, the woman alleged that her ex-boyfriend Anubhav Yadav along with his four friends came to her room in Masoodpur in the intervening night of March 9 and March 10 at around 2am.
She fell unconscious when the accused thrashed her brutally. After gaining consciousness, the complainant found her clothes missing. She rushed to the Fortis Hospital in the morning but left without undergoing medical check-up. She didn't report the matter to the police for three days.
On Wednesday, one of her friends suggested her to seek help from the Delhi Police in this regard.
