New Delhi:
In a shocking incident, a Hyderabad man was killed in a fight over a chicken dish at an engagement ceremony on Monday.
The incident took place at around 1:30 PM at a function hall in Hussaini Alam area near the Charminar.
An argument broke out between two groups at the dining table and a couple of guests felt insulted as chicken curry was being served late. They were also offended by each other's reactions and comments.
Post that, the group returned with 15 people, some of whom were armed with knives. Them they attacked the hosts resulting the death of a boy named Anwar on the spot. Another youth, identified as Sohail, was injured and was rushed to a hospital.

The attackers also allegedly entered the women's section in the hall, leading to more panic.
Police have taken three accused into custody in connection to the case so far and are looking for others.
