SSC student Poornima Sai of Bhashyam School in Nizampet who went missing a month ago was found in a child care home in Mumbai. Poornima went missing after leaving her house to go to school but never reached there. But quick action taken by Mumbai Police helped them to identify Poornima.
This little girl claimed that she was an orphan but suspecting her story. Mumbai police later informed its Tukaramgate counterparts, who passed the information to Bachupally police.
ACP Kukatpally N. Bhujanga Rao said that her parents along with teams from Bachupally police are travelling to Mumbai to bring Poornima back.
Earlier, the girl's photographs were published in newspapers and flashed on TV channels, a few people contacted police saying that they have seen her at Uppal and surrounding areas.
