CBSE NEET: Medical Counselling Committee not to accept any choices ahead of counselling

New Delhi:

In a new notification issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on Thursday night said that they will not be accepting any other choices posted by candidates, ahead of the counselling that has been scheduled for next week. 

“Choice Filling and Locking Facility is Extended till 11:59PM 12th July, 2017. Choices will be locked by MCC Server automatically by 11:59PM 12.07.2017,” the notification said. 

According to this candidates who successfully clears  this allotment process will be eligible to get admission into MBBS and BDS courses across the country. Moreover, only 15 per cent of seats are reserved for the overall quota, while other seats are under state quota and other reservations. 

Also, the CBSE has still not released any details about the counselling. However, the counselling is scheduled for July 17.
