Adnan Sami is one cloud nine these days as the renowned singer has been blessed with a baby girl. His wife Roya Sami Khan gave birth to the little princess on Tuesday night. While the couple are overjoyed with the arrival of their little bundle of joy, they have named their daughter as Medina Sami Khan.
Adnan made the announcement on social networking site Facebook with an emotional message saying that he always to have a girl child and that he feels really blessed with the Medina's arrival. He wrote, "Roya & I would like to share our infinite joy & happiness by announcing the birth of our angelic baby girl. We have named her 'Medina Sami Khan'. I Always wanted a daughter. We are ecstatic and grateful to Allah (SWT) for His blessing. Thank you all for always praying for our well being & best wishes... We love you all dearly! Ps- #DaddysLittleGirl".
Indeed, the new father is ecstatic about this new member of his family and stated that this has been the most incredible thing ever happened to him. "Both mother and child are doing fine. Medina is the most incredible thing that’s happened to us. Both Roya and I always wanted a daughter and she is already my lucky charm. I have found a new inspiration for my music through her and she is going to be the centre of my world," Adnan told an entertainment portal.
Soon, the new parents were inundated with best wishes from fans across the world and Adnan's daughter soon became one of the top trends on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Interestingly, Median happens to be Adnan's second child. The singer, who has been married thrice, has a son Azaan Sami Khan from his first marriage with Zeba Bakhtiar. The couple got divorce three years later after which Adnan married Dubai-based Arab Sabah Galadari in 2001. Adnan's second marriage also didn't last for long.
The well-known Bollywood singer took the nuptial vows for the third time in 2010 with Afghan-origin German girl, Roya Sami Khan.
dnan became an Indian citizen in December 2015 after the Indian Home Ministry approved of his request to be given the legal citizenship of the nation.
