Bollywood has witnessed its recent moment of proud after Forbes has finally released its list of highest paid actors 2017 when three superstars made their way to the coveted list.
While it was Mark Wahlberg who bagged the first position in the list, SRK, Akshay and Salman got the 8th, 9th and 10th position respectively.
According to Forbes, King Khan made an earning of $38 million (Rs 243.50 crore) from June 2016 and June 2017, which was followed by Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar with an income of $37 million (Rs 237 crore) and $35.5 million (Rs 227.5 crore) respectively.
Interestingly, the list has come as a surprise for many given that Shah Rukh hasn't given a blockbuster in the last year. In 2016, the 'Dilwale' actor gave two movies 'Fan' and 'Dear Zindagi', which failed to make the cash registers jingle. On the other hand, SRK's first release of 2017 'Raees' did make a good collection at box office but his last movie 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' was reportedly termed as a debacle.
On the other hand, Salman, whose 2016 release 'Sultan' became of the biggest blockbuster of all time, managed to grab the 9th position in the Forbes list.
Besides, Salman and Shah Rukh, the Forbes list also saw Akshay Kumar on the 10th position and he deserved it in all ways. Akki has been a box office winner in 2016 who gave superhits like 'Airlift' and 'Rustom'. In fact, he was also felicitated with the National Award for Best Actor for his role in 'Rustom'. On the other hand, his two releases of 2017 'Jolly LLB 2' and 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' also did wonders at the box office making him the king of box office.
Meanwhile, the Forbes list also feature Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel on second and third position.
