Alia Bhatt, who turned 25 on March 15, had a working birthday this year as she is busy shooting for Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra in Bulgaria.
The movie also features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead and it was reported that Bhatt will be celebrating her special day with the Barfi actor.
But contrary to reports, while the entire Brahmastra had planned a special birthday party for Alia, Ranbir was apparently missing from the celebrations.
Instead, it was Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor who had accompanied the birthday girl during the party along with Ayan and team.
In fact, Neetu also shared pictures from Alia Bhatt's birthday party giving us glimpse of how the Highway actress was lost in her own world.
Besides, several other pictures for the diva's birthday celebrations have surfaced on social media where Alia is seen enjoying a gala time.
However, Ranbir's absence from the celebrations has indeed raised the eyebrows as to what made him miss Alia's birthday party.
Interestingly, there have been reports that post her break up with Sidharth Malhotra, Alia is dating Ranbir Kapoor.
Apparently, the couple is said to be spending some quality time together lately.
Although the two actors are quite reserved about their personal lives, we wonder if Alia and Ranbir will be making an official announcement about their relationship anytime soon.
