Kapil Sharma has been away from the limelight from quite some time now after his popular comedy show went off air due to his bad health and fall in TRPs. Now, He is making his comeback with his much-awaited flick ‘Firangi’.
In an exclusive talk with News Nation, comedian and producer of Firangi, Kapil Sharma said that the amount of money invested by him in making the film is so much that even his clothes are torned completely now. And, he is promoting the flick wearing those torn clothes.
The intention of comedian cum actor may be funny but it is quite evident that a lot is at stake for him, as he is the sole producer of the film and it is his second film and only venture in hand at the moment.
Recently, Kapil Sharma also said that he will be back with his comedy show soon after the release of his much-awaited film. However, his show not only went off-air due to his health issues but also due to his spat with his co-star on the show, Sunil Grover.
Apart from Kapil Sharma, Firangi also features Ishita Dutta and Monica Gill in pivotal roles.
Firangi is helmed by Kapil’s good friend Rajiev Dhingra and the movie is set to hit the theatres on December 1.
