It has been a week and a half since the release of multi-starrer comedy riot ‘Fukrey Returns’, the movie is still churning out good at the box-office.
Pulkit Samrat, Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Ali Faizal and Manjot Singh starrer has managed to churn Rs 66.11 crore in India after second weekend.

Producer Farhan Akhtar was over-whelmed by the audience response and said, “I am very happy with the way the audience has received Fukrey Returns. It’s been a week and the film has performed very well. In this week also, there is no major film releasing. We feel that the film will have a very good run at the box office. It’s been a very very healthy first week’’.
The movie is a sequel of a 2013 film of the same name. The movie was a sleeper hit, as it struggled in the early days of release but later on with a strong word-of-mouth, the movie picked up well.
The base of the movie revolves around Choocha’s(Varun Sharma) dream about lottery but this time its even bigger than the previous one.
The movie was released on December 8.
