It has been 10 years since the release of Imtiaz Ali’s one of the most loved film of all time ‘Jab Me Met’. Tarun Raj Arora who played the role of Anshuman in the film reveals the discomfort on the sets of ‘Jab We Met’.
It was that time when Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor broke-up when few days of shoot were still left for the film.
Tarun aka Anshuman recalls the shooting days which were also the end of real-life romance between the two actors.
He said, "The tough time in their relationship did not affect the shooting, but I could see that things were a bit weird. When you have a couple on set, you expect them to be a little lovey-dovey and happy. There was an air of discomfort. However, I thought that they are serious actors and didn't let their personal equation affect their work. They did not even joke with each other’’.
Both Shahid and Kareena was last seen in ‘Udta Punjab’ which was released last year but was not paired with each other. The movie was a huge commercial success.
After ‘Jab We Met’, Tarun Raj Arora became a household name in the southern film industry. He has worked in several superhit movies such as Khaidi No. 150, Kaththi Sandai and Katamarayudu.
