Katrina Kaif, who is busy wrapping up the shoot of her much-delayed movie 'Jagga Jasoos', has got herself injured on the sets of the movie.
According to the media reports, the diva has hurt her neck and has been advised bed rest for a couple of days which has resulted in halting the shoot of 'Jagga Jasoos'.
The accident happened while she was shooting for final sequences of the movie, a heavy object accidently fell on her neck leaving her badly injured.
Reportedly, Kat's injury has not just halted the shooting of 'Jagga Jasoos', but has she also has to cancel her performance in the forthcoming Zee Cine Awards.

The news was confirmed by Katrina's spokesperson with an official statement, which stated, “This is to clarify that Katrina Kaif will no longer be performing at the Zee Cine Awards, due to an accident she met with on the sets (of Jagga Jasoos).The doctors have advised her rest and to strictly avoid any strenuous physical activity or exertion. Katrina is extremely disappointed that she will not be able to work through the injury. She is recuperating and will resume work shortly after a period of rest.”
Well, Katrina's injury has indeed left the makers in perplexed given that 'Jagga Jasoos' has already been much delayed.
The movie, also starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, was initially stated to release in 2016. However, the release was postponed as the movie couldn't be completed within the stipulated time period.
Helmed by Anurag Basu, 'Jagga Jasoos' is slated to release on April 7.
