Nawazuddin Siddiqui who will be seen sharing screen space with veteran actress Sridevi in 'Mom' for the first time is celebrating his 43rd birthday on Thursday.

The 43-year-old actor who is known for his Heroic, Supportive and Antagonist Role in Hindi Cinema. He received Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2013. He is better known for Some top class Movies like Black Friday (2004), New York (2009), Peepli Live (2010), Kahani (2012), Gangs of Wasseypur (2012). Before Bollywood he has struggled a lot in his life and he acted in over ten plays with his friends.

Here are 10 interesting facts about 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' actor

# He was born in a small town called Budhana in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh into a zamindari Muslim family of Numberdars.

He was the eldest of his eight siblings.

He studied science in college and worked as a chief chemist in SCME Petrochemicals in Baroda for almost 3 years.

He has worked as a watchman. He was fired because he did not like to stand for too long and they did not even give his deposit back.

He first starred in Pepsi’s Sachin Ala Re campaign as a dhobi for which he was paid 500 Rs.

He made his Bollywood debut was in Sarfarosh (1999)

# The actor struggled for 12 years before he ultimately became famous after Gangs of Wasseypur.

Nawazuddin was married at a very young age. His wife lived in his native village while he struggled to become an actor in Mumbai.

In Sujoy Ghosh‘s Kahaani he was smartly dressed in suits for the first time. Nawaz couldn’t believe he could carry it off. But carry off, he did…with great conviction.
