It isn't monsoon yet, but it is raining weddings in tinselville. After Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja's big fat Punjabi wedding recently, actress Neha Dhupia walked down the aisle with beau Angad Bedi.
In what seems to be a secret wedding, sources say that it was a private affair for Neha and Angad, who took their nuptial vows as per the Sikh tradition at a gurudwara in New Delhi.
The happy bride surprised the world on Thursday with the announcement of her wedding with her best friend on social media, saying it was the best decision of her life.
The actress shared a picture of herself with husband Angad from their wedding album and wrote: "Best decision of my life.. today, I married my best friend. Hello there, husband! @angadbedi".
On the other hand, Angad too introduced Mrs Bedi to the world in an adorable way with a picture from their D-day.
Neha looked resplendent in her baby pink lehenga on her D-day as she complemented it with heavy neck-piece, red chooda and a simple maang-tikka, while groom Angad Bedi went for a while sherwani and a pink turban for the D-day.
Filmmaker Karan Johar, who was lately seen having a gala time at Sonam-Anand's wedding, also took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to send his wishes to Angad and Neha and wrote, "My darling and most special friend @NehaDhupia who l love and adore dearly is married to the gentleman and talented @Imangadbedi !! Here’s wishing them decades of unconditional love!!!!"
