Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who is known for his controversial posts on social networking sites, has once again given birth to a fresh trouble after he posted some sort of pornographic contents on micro-blogging site Twitter on Sunday.
Though earlier some of the media houses were suggesting that an FIR has been filed against the actor his latest tweet police has clarified that no FIR has been lodged against him.
Advocate Adil Khatri, the secretary of a NGO namely 'Jai Ho Foundation' has filed a written complaint with Mumbai Cyber Police after Kapoor posted an indecent image of a child on his Twitter handle.
In a statement, Afroz Malik, President of Jai Ho Foundation NGO said, "We would request you to immediately register an FIR against actor Rishi Kapoor under relevant sections of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and IT Act for posting indecent, nude and vulgar picture of a minor child on his Twitter account @chintskap," reported IANS.
"Rishi Kapoor has more than 2.6 Million followers on Twitter account. This means this pornographic image material got circulated to more than 2.6 Million people. There are more than 66 retweets and 476 likes as of now on his this indecent image," the statement further read.
According to the media reports, the complaint was lodged at the Cyber Police station of Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East.
While Rishi Kapoor removed the image with in a day of posting it, he later shared another video on Twitter where a little a little boy is seen spanking a girl and the boy standing next to him is thought to be responsible.
"We have filed a complaint with Mumbai Police Commissioner, Mumbai Cyber Cell and Ministry of Woman and Child Development against actor Rishi Kapoor for posting nude and pornographic image of a child on his Twitter account @chintskap," advocate Adil Khatri was quoted while interacting with SpotboyE.
"We don't know who the child in the picture is, but it is offensive as the child is naked and a headphone has been stuck into his private parts," he further added.
Though Rishi Kapoor's reaction to the recent incident is yet to come, in an recent interview he had said, “What I write on my twitter account is for me, and not you. I write what comes directly from my heart. Don't take my tweets seriously."
On the work front, Rishi Kapoor is gearing up for his forthcoming flick '102 Not Out' and has reunited with co-star Amitabh Bachchan after decades of their last joined project 'Ajooba'.
While Amitabh will be seen portraying the character of a 102-year-old Dattaraya Vakharia, Rishi Kapoor will essay the character of his 72 year-old son Babu.
