Priyanka Chopra, who has been going pretty busy with her Hollywood projects in US, has finally returned to India after a long while. The diva landed in India a couple of hours ago and received a warm welcome at the airport as fans were all gathered to get a glimpse of the international star.
In fact, PeeCee even shared a picture on Instagram where she is seen struggling to get to her car post her arrival in the country. She captioned the image as, "Trying to get to my car at the airport.. but so much love and affection. Walking into my house was such a feeling of joy.. happy to be home! #happygirlhere"
According to the media reported, Priyanka is going to stay in India for almost a month. So far she was residing in New York as she was busy shooting for 'Quantico season 2' and other Hollywood projects. While a lot of speculations are being made about her long vacation in the homeland, it is being reported that she is on a break from her Hollywood projects to focus on her Bollywood comeback projects and movie promotion here.
Yes! Priyanka is making a comeback in Indian cinema. According to the media reports, Priyanka Chopra, who was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani', is all set to sign her next project which is said to be with 'Pink' director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.
The media reports suggests the movie will be a suspense thriller. PeeCee is expected to meet the filmmaker in the coming days for the final narration and is expected to sign the movie soon.
Besides, the 'Quantico' actress will also bee seen promoting her maiden Hollywood movie 'Baywatch' in India. Also starring Dwayne Johnson, Zac Effron and Kelly Rohrbach, the movie is slated to release on May 26.
