It's a season of weddings going on in tinselvile with several celebrity couples entering the nuptial bond. And as per the recent buzz, one of the most talked about couple is all set to tie the knot soon.
We are talking about Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who has been dating each other for quite a while now.
According to a report published in Spotboye, the couple is likely to get married in the coming 3-4 months. The report further stated that Deepika's parents too have met Ranveer's family to zero-in the couple's wedding date.
“Ranveer and Deepika wanted a destination wedding, but, the actor’s parents are keen it takes place in Mumbai. Reason? Most of Singh family’s relatives live in Mumbai and Delhi and they do not want them to miss out on the celebrations,” a source reportedly told Spotboye.
“The wedding will take place as per South Indian rituals and high profile venues such as Taj Lands End, Four Seasons and St Regis are being considered as the venue. The wedding ceremony will be followed by a grand reception,” the source added.
Well, while an official announcement is yet to be made by the couple in this regard, if the reports are to be believed, we might hear the wedding bells ringing soon for Ranveer-Deepika.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone has been roped in for Vishal Bhardwaj's crime drama opposite Irrfan Khan. However, the movie will hit the screens in October next year, given Irrfan's ill health.
On the other hand, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy along with Alia Bhatt. Besides, he has also begun shooting for Rohit Shetty's upcoming directorial Simmba.
