New Delhi :

Days after superstar Aamir Khan had revealed to be suffering from swine flu along with wife Kiran Rao, Richa Chadha too is now down with the disease. The actress, who was recently on US trip, was apparently diagnosed with the swine flu post her return to the country.

During the trailer launch of her upcoming movie 'Fukrey Returns', Richa stated that she fell ill soon after she came back from her US trip and was diagnosed with H1N1 last week.

She even shared a picture of herself on Instagram where the actress is seen wearing a mask. Richa captioned the picture, “I wasn’t taking a break, so Good gave me one. Hehe. #MeTime?”

Talking about the same, Richa told Indian Express, "I am better now. Had to go to the Fukrey event as well last night. Feeling weak, but better now."

The actress will soon be seen reprising her role of Bholi Punjaban in 'Fukrey Returns' which also stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh and Ali Fazal in key roles. The movie happens to be the sequel of 2013 release 'Fukrey' which ended after Richa aka Bholi Punjaban was sent behind the bars. But in the sequel she will apparently return to seek revenge from the boys. Helmed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, 'Fukret 2' will hit the screens on December 8.
