Saif Ali Khan has been one of the Khans whose love life has often kept the tinselvile buzzing. The actor who is happily married to Kareena Kapoor, had an interestingly love life, where he was earlier married to veteran actress Amrita Singh and even dated model Rosa Catalano for a couple of years from 2004.
While everyone is well aware of Saif and Amrita's troubled wedding and their ugly divorce, not many are aware of the reason why the Nawab of Pataudi parted ways with Rosa.
However, the model bared her heart out in one of her interviews and spoke about her break up with Saif.
Talking about the same, Rosa was quoted saying in a report in Cosmopolitan and said, "I asked myself what, why and how things happened. But a person grows and realises things even though they are shocking. Plus, you don't know what other people are thinking or doing. Just one person can't do that because the effort has to be from both the sides. It takes two people to actually make something work. Otherwise it's like being on the same boat where one person wants to go right and the other person wants to go left."

It was also reported that Saif had even told Rosa about his wedding to Amrita and kids. She got to know about it when she came it India. However, Rosa got really fond of Saif's kids Sara and Ibrahim and shared a cordial relationship with them.
But, split with Saif wasn't easy for Rosa.
"She was on the verge of tears when she confirmed the news of their split. She said that she couldn't deal with Saif's mood swings any longer.When Saif was working, he got hyper and changed into a completely different person. He wouldn't be talking to Rosa for days on end if he was tense with work. Though Rosa is very worried about Saif's health, she can do little to find out how he is doing now. She told me that they are not on talking terms at present," designer Suchismita Dasgupta, who was Rosa and Saif's friend, was quoted as saying.
