Sidharth Malhotra has cleared the air about his relationship status and stated that he is very much single at the moment. Interestingly, Sidharth's comments has raised a lot of eyebrows given that he is said to be dating Alia Bhatt since the two made their big Bollywood debut with 2012 release 'Student Of The Year'.
The 'Ek Villain' actor made this revelation during his recent interview with Neha Dhupia for her celebrity chat show #NoFilterNeha. During the interviews, when Neha quizzed the young actor about he is love life, Sid didn't shy away from saying “I am very much single.”
Apparently, there have been reports that Sid-Alia's relationship has hit a rocky patch lately and that the couple isn't together anymore.

Looks like Sidharth just confirmed his separation from the 'Dear Zindagi' actress.
Meanwhile, Sid was all praises for Alia and named the diva when Neha asked him to pick one actor in the industry who best describes “All good things come in small package”.
Interestingly, this isn't the first time that the 'Brothers' actor has sung praises for Bhatt.
Earlier, during his interview with Hindustan Time, Sidharth has admitted to share a close bond with Ali and even stated that she is an important person in his life.
“Alia looks into my eyes and I look into hers and we get completely lost. She is someone who I am very close to. She is one of the most important people in my life right now. We have known each other for a long time. We share a great rapport and I totally second what she says. I am happy that she is getting lost in my eyes,” Sid was quoted as saying.
On the work front, Sidharth is busy promoting his upcoming movie A Gentleman opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. Helmed by Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru, the movie is slated to release on August 25.
