Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday conveyed grief and offered condolences on the death of veteran actor Tom Alter.
The PM recollected Tom Alter’s contribution to the world of cinema and theatre.
The actor breathed his last on Friday night in Mumbai. He was 67.
PM expressed grief on the demise of Shri Tom Alter and recalled his contribution to the film world and theatre. He extended condolences to the family & admirers of Shri Tom Alter.

Alter was a recipient of the Padma Shri. He was diagnosed with skin cancer last year and was under treatment for the same but suffered a relapse earlier this month and was admitted to Saifee Hospital.Â
